Invitation to Pitch Your Project Idea – Join Pitch and Meet at 11am.

We’re inviting Project Leads to pitch their squad’s idea during our interactive Pitch Session. This way, you can practice delivering a concise and compelling pitch and engage in organic networking with peers and stakeholders.

Here’s what to expect and how to prepare:

Pitch Session Overview:

• Each squad gets 15 minutes and will pitch 2–3 times during a 45-minute window.
• Pitchers will present next to easel pads (no slides!) and rotate through 3 short rounds.
• You’ll be provided with: A paper easel pad, markers and sticky notes

How to Use Your Pitch Time:

• Create visuals or notes on your easel pad to support your pitch.
• You might include:
  • A Problem Statement
  • Key user insights
  • How your project benefits users
  • Any quick diagrams or charts to illustrate your concept
  • Focus on distilling your idea clearly—not every detail.

Who Should Pitch:

• Each squad can be represented by the PM and/or Designer.
• Husky and Foxhound squads are automatically pitching.

What’s Next – Afternoon Breakout:

• At 2:00 PM, squads will head to breakout rooms with monitors.
